Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or remains unclaimed and is returned to our supplier:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping or supplier handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • If the supplier does not issue a refund, we may be unable to provide a refund.
