How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@hlmarketplace.us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once issued.

Absolutely. Every product in our store is carefully selected and tested for quality, durability, and real-world performance. We only sell products we’d use in our own homes.
